Boyle & Company P.A. was founded in 1935 and is now managed by its President, Robert D. Boyle. Boyle & Company has developed a niche accounting practice in Northern New Jersey, New York, Long Island and Westchester. Through knowledge of income taxes, estate planning, personal financial planning, business planning and personal service, Boyle and Company caters to closely held busineses and professional entities in the area.
Boyle & Company provides Controller services, on a consulting basis, where Robert provides daily, weekly or monthly services acting in the controller capacity.
Additionally, for the past 25 years Robert has been providing litigation support services to litigators. Robert has had several court appointed engagements where he has acted, among other things, as special fiscal agent and arbiter. Robert has testified as an accounting expert on several occasions.

Robert is the President of Boyle & Company, P.A., a certified public accounting firm in Hackensack, New Jersey. The firm was founded in 1935 by his father, the late Edwin T. Boyle. The firm’s major thrust is business management consulting, tax preparation and tax planning for closely held businesses and professional associations. The firm places special emphasis on the planning intricacies of the interrelationships of closely-held businesses with owners, owner-related entities and their families. The firm also performs services in all traditional fields of accounting.
Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, major in accounting from University of Colorado. As a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey, Rob has been in public accounting since 1977. In addition, he has received a Certificate of Educational Achievement from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in personal financial planning. Rob has taken multiple continuing education courses in business valuation preparation and techniques and litigation support, given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Rob has been involved with many litigation support matters ranging from valuations to partnership breakups.
